Accepting these terms

By using FontSoo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These terms apply to every page and every tool here, including the generators, Bio Studio and the language guides.

Who may use FontSoo

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your country if that is higher. If you are under 18, use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. No account is needed, so nothing verifies your age — the responsibility sits with you.

What you may do

• Generate styled text and use it for personal posts, bios, nicknames and messages.
• Use the output commercially — in your own designs, product names, marketing copy or social posts. No attribution and no royalty is required.
• Link to FontSoo from anywhere, including commercial sites and directories.
• Print, screenshot or share pages for teaching and reference.

What you may not do

• Impersonate another person, brand or organisation, or use styled characters to make an account look like someone else's.
• Use the output to deceive — for example fake announcements, forged notices, or text designed to look like an official message.
• Circumvent character limits, moderation, filters or bans on a third-party platform. If a platform rejects the characters, that platform has decided, and we will not help you get around it.
• Scrape, mirror or republish substantial parts of the site as your own product, or resell it wholesale.
• Send automated traffic, attempt to overload the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Use the tools for anything unlawful, harassing, hateful or fraudulent.

Your content and our content

Your content is yours. We claim no ownership over the text you type or the styled characters you generate, and because nothing is transmitted, we never hold a copy in the first place.

Our content stays ours. The page text, explanations, layout, code and design of FontSoo are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with a link back; you may not republish whole pages or reuse the codebase as a competing site.

Third-party platforms

FontSoo is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Meta, X, WhatsApp, Roblox, Garena or any other platform named on this site. Using a styled nickname is subject to that platform's own rules, and an account restricted for breaking them is a matter between you and the platform.

Availability and warranty

FontSoo is provided free of charge and “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We try hard to keep the site accurate and online, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove features without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FontSoo and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost accounts or lost opportunities arising from your use of the site or from any styled text you paste elsewhere. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.

Indemnity

If your use of the site breaches these terms or infringes someone else's rights, you agree to cover FontSoo against resulting claims and reasonable costs.

Trademarks

All product and company names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear only to describe character limits, styling conventions and compatibility, which is legitimate reference use, not a claim of association.

Changes to these terms

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where FontSoo is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your own country of residence.
