This is the only official channel. We do not run a support phone line, a chat widget or social media support, and we never ask for a password or payment details. If someone contacts you claiming to be FontSoo and requests either, it is not us.

What to include in a bug report

The more specific your message, the faster it can be fixed. Please tell us:

• What you typed — the exact plain text, including spaces and punctuation.
• Which style you picked — the style name shown above the result box.
• Where you pasted it — the app, site or game, and whether it was a bio, a message or a nickname.
• What you saw instead — empty boxes, a question mark, a rejected save, or a different character.
• Your device and browser — for example “iPhone 13, Safari” or “Windows 11, Chrome”.

A screenshot is welcome but never required.

What we can help with

• A style shows as empty boxes (□□□) on your device or in a particular app.
• A platform rejected your nickname or bio and you need a version that fits the limit.
• You need a specific symbol, script or language we don't cover yet.
• Something on the page is broken, slow, or unreadable on your screen size.
• Corrections to anything factually wrong in our guides.

What we can't do

• Unban, verify or restore an account on someone else's platform. Account decisions belong to that platform.
• Guarantee that a third-party app supports a given Unicode block — that is their choice, not ours.
• Retrieve text you generated earlier. We don't store it, because it never left your device.
• Provide legal, medical or tax advice, or settle disputes between you and another user.

Copyright and takedown notices

If you believe content on FontSoo infringes your copyright, email us with the URL of the page, a description of the material, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. We review complete notices and remove or amend material we cannot justify. Incomplete notices usually take longer to action.

Privacy requests

To ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, email us with the subject line Privacy request. Because the generators store nothing, the only personal data we can hold is email correspondence you have sent us. Write to arturazedo0510@gmail.com.

Response times

We aim to reply within three business days. Reports that break a working style are handled before feature suggestions, and everything slows down on weekends and public holidays. If a week has passed without a reply, please resend — mail filters occasionally eat first messages.

Business enquiries

For advertising, licensing or partnership questions, use the same address with the subject line Business. We are a small independent project, so we only take on partnerships that do not compromise what the tools do.
